4 easy steps to use this carrier:

Hang your ladder on the carrier as shown on the left. (1 and 2)
Rotate the ladder upward. (3,4,5 and 6)
Push the rack up from loading to carrying position. (7 and 8)
Lock the rack in place with clevis pin or pad lock. (9 and 10)

When the carrier is in the load position, it is low to the ground and allows loading in a natural way.
When carrier is pushed up to the carrying position, the ladder rises smoothly and easily
When the carrier is in the locked position, the ladder CANNOT fall off or be removed.

This carrier attaches easily to commercial vans such as the E-150 with rain gutters.
Carries two ladders up to 19" wide weighing up to 60 lbs each. Model 2007-LLVS has an active lock and load carrier on one side with a horizontal bar extending to the opposite side of the roof. Model 2007-LLVD has an active lock and load carrier on both sides.
The carried length of the ladder should not exceed the length of the van.
The Lock and Load ladder carrier is fabricated in powder-coated steel for maximum strength and excellent appearance.
