The Bedliner Kit is used when you have an 'over-the-rail' bedliner. The kit consists of a 2.5" hole saw for an electric drill, and 2 or 4 plastic caps to fill the holes one must drill in the bedliner when installing a rack. This kit is NOT needed for 'under-the-rail' bedliners.
